Buldak Hot Chicken: the original

Buldak Hot Chicken is the one that started the Buldak challenge. Chewy, thick noodles in Samyang's smoky, fiery hot chicken sauce. It is the spiciest everyday Buldak we stock, so start with half the sauce if you are new to it.

Buldak Carbonara: spicy but smoother

The pink pack. Buldak Carbonara blends the hot chicken spice with a creamy carbonara flavour, so you still feel the heat but it is rounded off. A good first Buldak if you want it smoother.

Buldak Cream Carbonara: the creamiest

Cream Carbonara is an extra-creamy take: a smooth, cheesy carbonara sauce with the Buldak kick underneath. If you like creamy pasta, this is your pack.

Buldak Cheese: for cheese lovers

Buldak Cheese coats the hot chicken noodles in a savoury cheese flavour. Add a handful of mozzarella at the end for a proper cheese pull.

Buldak Rosé and Habanero Lime

Rosé is creamy and gently tangy, and Habanero Lime brings very spicy habanero heat with a fresh lime kick. Both are sold out right now; check their product pages for restocks.

Buldak Stew Type

Buldak Stew Type gives you the hot chicken flavour in a stew-style bowl. Follow the cooking directions printed on its pack.

Not a Buldak fan? Two other Korean classics

Want milder noodles? Try OTOKI ramen from Rs 450, such as OTOKI Cheesy Cheddar or Jin Mild.

Which Buldak is the least spicy?

Of the Buldak flavours we stock, the creamy ones (Carbonara, Cream Carbonara and Cheese) feel the least spicy because the sauce rounds off the heat. Hot Chicken and Habanero Lime are the hottest.
